AV services for conferences and congresses

Multi-day congresses, scientific meetings and conferences with many speakers: we design the sound for the plenary and the breakout rooms, run the table and lectern microphones, video direction, slides and the live stream. A technical director follows the programme session by session, from the site survey to the de-rig.

Every speaker is heard

Gooseneck microphones for tables and lectern, handheld and lavalier wireless microphones, and speakers sized for the room: speech reaches the back row clearly, without feedback.

Plenary and breakout rooms

One system for the main hall and compact kits for parallel sessions and workshops, with technicians in the rooms and a control desk that coordinates programme changes.

Hybrid, streaming and recording

PTZ cameras, video switcher and slides in one control room: the session goes to the screens in the room, live to remote attendees and to the recording for the proceedings.

From our events

How we work on a congress

  1. Site survey and programme: rooms, capacities, power, network and set-up times, session by session.
  2. Technical design: a system for each room, the microphone plan, video direction and streaming, with a detailed quote.
  3. Set-up and rehearsals: rigging outside congress hours, sound and video checks with speakers and slides.
  4. During the congress: technicians in the rooms and a technical director who follows the running order and handles the unexpected.
  5. Afterwards: de-rig and delivery of the recordings, if planned.

Frequently asked questions

Can you run several rooms on the same day?

Yes. We set up one system for the plenary and one for each breakout room, with technicians in the rooms and a technical director who coordinates everything.

Do you record the sessions?

Yes. We record the audio and video of every session and hand over the files at the end of the congress, ready for the proceedings or online publication.

Can you handle remote speakers?

Yes. We bring speakers joining by video call into the room and stream the session to online attendees, with clean audio in both directions.

Do you provide simultaneous interpretation?

We do not rent interpretation booths and receivers, but we work with the provider the organisers choose: we prepare the audio feeds of each room for them and coordinate the timing.

How far in advance should I ask for a quote?

For a multi-day congress or one with several rooms, ideally a few months ahead, because the site survey and the design take time. For a one-day conference a few weeks can be enough.
