How long does the subscription last?
The minimum is 3 months; then it renews month by month and you can cancel with one month’s notice.
What happens if a unit breaks?
We replace it with an equivalent one: maintenance and replacement are included in the fee.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time; the new fee applies from the following month.
Do you work outside Rome?
Yes, across Italy and Europe: delivery, installation and travel outside Rome are quoted separately.
