Yes. For corporate events we check the room, power, network and set-up times before confirming the quote.
Can you run a hybrid event?
Yes. We film speakers and slides, show them in the room and stream them live, with clean audio for remote attendees too.
Do you invoice companies outside Italy?
Yes. We work with Italian and European companies and send you a detailed quote.
How far in advance should I ask for a quote?
The earlier the better, especially for multi-day congresses. For a simple meeting a few days can be enough.
